Becoming a member is an important step as people make a faith commitment to joining our family and helping our church, this body of believers, become all God desires. Becoming a member is about joining our team and helping us accomplish our goal of reaching our world for Christ.
Below are 3 ways you can become a member!
Weekend Worship
The most common way to become a member of Castle Hills First Baptist Church is by talking with an "Encourager" during our weekend worship experiences. Whether you come down during the invitation or speak with an encourager after services are over, our Encouragers will be glad to help you as you consider becoming a part of our family.
Office Visit
You may also join the church by meeting with a ministry staff person during the week.
ATTENDING "DISCOVER CHFBC"
“Discover CHFBC” is designed for all guests, new members, and anyone who wants to know more about our church and is looking to get plugged in. In this informal and interactive setting you will learn about the heart of our church, what we believe, where we are headed, and where you fit in.
The next “Discover CHFBC” is TBD. Before you attend the class, please fill out the Discover CHFBC Questionnaire and be sure to click the Red Button at the bottom of the assesment once you are finished.
Childcare is available upon request by calling 210.377.8444. A light meal will be provided for adults. To sign up, or for more information, contact the Pastoral Office at 210.377.8411 or email e.dorsett@chfbc.org. Reservations are not required, but do help us in planning.
Ultimately, our church is not a place but a body of Christ-followers whose desire is to follow Christ in all we do. As a result of our love for Christ and His church, we desire to fully engage and connect our lives to the person of Christ, His purposes, and His people.
